On milk dispensing levers:
"Milk dispensers are based on gravity from a refrigerated unit, [because] milk is also a perishable product. Soda dispensers mix a syrup and carbonated water and required a compressor to "jet" the product through the dispenser, in some case the product must travel through yards of insulated lines." milk dispensers gross me out. especially when they are in 'warning' temperatures/levels and i don't notice and drink cottage cheese, which happens often.
i do love some good milk though.
